Give truffles to the Old Ladies and the Business Women before they leave because they tip the most. If a Business Woman comes to the counter serve them right away because you can get a huge tip if you`re super fast. Since truffles refill up to 3, when you have 3 truffles you should use one because that way it will start replenishing again, so you are constantly making truffles. Try to make large groups of customers pay in combos at the cash register.
